Is there a free trial?
At launch, every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Founding-member waitlist signups will receive an extended 60-day trial when we go live.
What counts as a "destination platform"?
A destination is one external system you connect to — for example, a single Shopify store. If you run two Shopify stores, those are two destinations. Adding accounting (QuickBooks) or marketing (Mailchimp, when those adapters ship) would each count as one additional destination.
What counts as an "active integration"?
An integration is one configured template that's running. "Sync products: CP → Shopify" is one integration. "Sync customers: CP ↔ Shopify" is another. The Starter tier allows 3; Growth and Scale are unlimited.
Are there transaction or volume fees?
No. Sync as many products, orders, or customer records as you need. Your monthly bill stays flat regardless of volume. We deliberately price by integration count rather than transaction count because volume-based pricing penalizes growth.
What's the setup cost?
Zero. Self-service setup takes about fifteen minutes — you install the sentinel, pair it with your account, configure your first integration. No professional services engagement required, no setup fees on any tier.
Can I switch tiers?
Up or down, at any time, prorated. If you start on Growth and grow into Scale, the upgrade takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the next billing cycle.
What does "founding-member pricing" mean?
Customers who join from the launch waitlist lock in their tier's launch price for the life of their account. If we raise prices later, you keep the rate you signed up at.
What about cloud-hosted CounterPoint?
Fully supported on every tier. The sentinel ships as both a Windows installer (for on-prem) and a Docker container (for Azure-hosted CP). Same product, same pricing, two delivery formats.
